This series of 10 classes runs every Thursday, March 19th through May 21st, from 6:00 - 8:00 pm

In this class you will actively practice a variety of comfort measures for your labor and birth. This class is best attended during your third trimester!

A childbirth class refresher for parents who might have slept since their previous baby was born!

We HIGHLY encourage all expectant clients and their support person(s) to join us for this session. We'll cover ways to recognize the stages of labor, and how to support the laboring person at each stage.
