About the event
BARRE is a Ballet inspired workout and mixes the best of Pilates and Barre. This class is designed for parents who want to get a whole body workout and focus on strengthening core, hips and back.
Now you can join the weekly Baby & Me Barre either in person or online!
You'll need:
- yoga mat
- your favourite baby carrier
- baby blanket
