About the event
Join Mary, Jessica and your fellow Heart of Houston expectant families for our second virtual group prenatal of 2021. We'll cover topics that will be helpful if this is your first baby or your fifth. This week our pelvic floor guru Karen Kowenski PT, DPT will share her top three things to consider before birth. We are so excited to spend this time with you and because each of you is so awesome we know you'll love one another too. We encourage both you and your spouse/partner to attend.
