Pregnancy Group

Sit back, rock on a ball, or pull up a cozy spot on the floor.  Relax, take a breath, and enjoy a comfortable afternoon with your peers.  Some sessions with feature specific topics and experts in their related fields.   Bring your questions we are here to help you out!  This group will take place over zoom and will be for general questions. Get to know your fellow HOH families. We will also have a couple of newly delivered members attend to share their birth stories and answer questions about life with a newborn.
