About the event
One of our favorite doulas and sexual health & wellness educator,  Rachel Stonebrook  will go over physiological and mental changes during the perinatal cycle and address some common fears and concerns about sex during pregnancy, labor and the postpartum period. In this class, we will define sexuality, debunk myths on sex during pregnancy and discuss the new normal of becoming parents who are still sexual beings.
